DATA DESIGNS provides free technical support for issues related to downloading, installing and setting up a Licensed and Registered copy of iMailer on your computer or FileMaker network. This support is available via email, or via telephone -- as call volume permits during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm Eastern USA). Please be able to provide proof-of-purchase of your iMailer software/license. While we may be able to assist you, on occasion, with more in-depth programming or complex system requests, these areas are not provided in our free technical support offer. We will be adding more Script Models and technical documentation over time, which we expect will answer many of your questions.

This includes expert technical support on all components of your FileMaker-based faxing system, including FileMaker Pro, WinFax, FAXstf, and Windows and Macintosh operating systems supported by FaxTool. This support is primarily available via telephone -- as call volume permits during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 10am-6pm Eastern USA). Email requests for FaxTool tech support must include a telephone number and your geographic location, so we may call you. Our preferred method for FaxTool tech support is via telephone, but we may respond via email in some cases.
